Account Removal

At any time, for any reason, you may request to remove your information and account from Sherlock Homes Plumbing servers and associated databases. In doing so, you forfeit all access to Sherlock Homes Plumbing services and applications immediately upon review from one of the administrative representatives.

In the subject, make sure to include "information removal" to ensure prompt review and response, failure to do so may cause a delay in response.

Please include the following in your email: 

-Account Number or Access Code

-Full Legal Name of the account holder

-Brief summary of why you need your account removed.

-Any other information or legal documents related to why your account needs to be removed from servers, databases, etc...

NOTE: For legal purposes, all work orders and invoices tied to your account will be available within Sherlock Homes Plumbing private filing systems or records. If you need your information removed from invoices or other legal documentation/contracts, we will need a letter from a legal agency stating why your information must be removed from our business documents. Failure to provide legal documentation will result in the request being discarded. All removal requests are reviewed thoroughly and taken seriously.
